This pub looks exactly the same as it did in John McGraw’s 2006 photograph. The sign advertising the Glenkie Restaurant is still there, advertising Indian or Sri Lankan food to eat in or take away. But it wasn’t open when I walked past on Wednesday lunchtime although it looked as if it is still trading. I suppose it must open in the evenings.
