There is a large sign advertising the lease for sale,but a chalk notice indicated the pub was still open.Four handpumps but only one offering GK IPA indicates the problems here and although the lights were on,no customers were inside.It looks as if a brave attempt to revive this pub closest to the canal has ended in defeat.
