An unspoilt pub that is nicely worn in without being scruffy. The toilets have had a refurbishment. Three real ale pumps, with Greene King IPA available, but the Abbot Ale and Adnams Broadside were not. Food available but understated, unlike many pubs. A mixtured clientele with a good atmosphere. We will return.
