This pub has an L shaped bar to the left which is accessible from the car park, with a dining area to the right. Both are decorated in tradional pub style, with artefacts and pictures. Greene King IPA at £2.80 was not in good condition, and probably the bottom of the barrel. The friendly barmaid changed the second pint for something else with no trouble, and did not charge the price difference. Youngs bitter, Sundance and Sharps Doom Bar on handpump. I would visit again if in the area.
