The pub re-opened in August 2009 and is about to celebrate it's first anniversary of operating as a Community Pub (Weekend of August 7th/8th). The pub is making a name for itself in providing constantly changing Real Ales and a good selection of lager and ciders. The pub is very family friendly and run exclusively by volunteers. Food is now beginning to get off the ground and being served on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes and also on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. There is good parking and a play area for the children.
The Norton Community Pub, Cold Norton
First Anniversary Weekend Celebration.
Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th August.
Saturday Afternoon Face Painting and Children’s Entertainer.
Saturday Night Live Music with Blackwater Sunset.
Morris Dancing Sunday afternoon.
Hog Roast on Saturday and BBQ on Sunday.
