Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Old Vine
Attractive old pub between Wadhurst and Lamberhurst, and reasonably handy for Bewl Water. The focus is very much on food here, with a fancy restaurant towards the back of the partly opened-out interior, but all are welcome in the central bar, with a lounge on the left-hand side and a general seating / dining area to the other. A few wooden benches can also be found in the compact front beer garden. Two of the three handpumps were in use, offering the compulsory Harvey's (£4.40) plus Landlord. However, I quickly swerved the crisps when told that they were £2.00 a packet...
