A Hungry Horse outlet which was actually a bit of a welcome site from the nearby Crown. The usual decor and meal deals - this one is a bit more of an all-rounder, offering differing events each night of the week (Pub Quiz, Killer Pool, Live Music / DJ, etc. maybe they're trying to keep a captive audience rather than them yomping to the bright lights of nearby Dunstable?) Several screens showing a Scottish Cup match and four ales on - GK IPA, Sharp's Doom Bar, H&H Rockin' Rudolph and Goddard's Fuggle Dee Dum, the latter £1.80 for a half. A new one for me - in ordering a half of the latter, I was asked "why a half; don't you like it?"
