The Tivoli Tavern is a small L shaped pub with a bar that supports a standard draught range and two hand pumps that were redundant during my Saturday evening visit a couple of weeks ago. I found the staff to be friendly and although it wasn’t busy there was a good atmosphere with some 80s music being played in the background off the jukebox. At the rear of the pub there is a large beer garden strewn with picnic tables and children are more than welcome.
This is a fairly basic pub that I wouldn’t go out of my way to revisit unless it happened to be the first Saturday of the month when there is a darts KO competition, but I would leave before the karaoke started.
