Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Hart
Side-street pub, bedecked with rainbow flags both inside and out, so no doubt LGBQT+ friendly but I caught it at a very quiet time just after opening on a Friday afternoon so no idea what it might be like at busier times. Anyway, apart from the decorative features, it looks and feels like a semi-traditional corner pub that would happily welcome anyone. Just Abbot (£4.90) from a single handpump, but that was thankfully in good shape.

Strongers . left this review about The Hart
This is a neatly laid out gay bar that was playing some decent retro music on my recent visit. There's not much of a drinks selection with only standard draught and Amstel, but my pint of Guinness was spot on. There is a decked back garden with a very lively pond and a barbeque facility at the rear. I found the barmaid to be a little off, but the barman was friendly enough when I returned my pint glass.
I can't see myself returning here, but it is a nice enough pub.
