I visited the Denbigh on early on Monday evening last week when there were a few affluent locals standing and sitting in the L shaped bar area at the front of the pub. The bar was stocked with standard draught and the three hand pumps were drawing Wells’ Bombardier Glorious English, Long Man Brewery’s Long Blonde and Harvey’s Best.
To the left of the bar is access to the rear of the pub where there are two levels of tables set for dining. The kitchen was closed during my visit, but I did note that the menu was varied and the two mains on the specials board were priced around £14.
To the left of the pub is a beer garden that contains some picnic tables and some children’s toys. A sign on the side of the pub advertises the quiz which takes place on the last Wednesday of each month. Live music and tapas was also advertised for the bank holiday Monday at the end of August.
I thought that this was a pleasant enough pub and the sort that I would go to for a quiet pint with the misses.
Note: This pub is closed during the week from 15:00 until 17:00 and the kitchen is closed on Monday evenings.

Can't tell you much about this place, as it was closed when I got there. Nice big front garden though.
