The Royal Oak is on the main dorchester road and well away from the town centre.
This pub looks quite nice from the outside with a tiled front and old Devonish signs in the brickwork
Once inside here the pub has been opened out into one longish room with different drinking areas the pub was quite comfy.
There were two real ales on here i had a drink of Jennings bitter this was very nice the other beer was Courage best.
I thought this was quite a nice pub and was happy having a drink in here.
