No more blackboard specials but the Pilot Boat has a great menu with local crab salad (£9.50) and some rather belt bulging sandwiches (from £3.95). Well kept beers and lagers. Friendly service either inside at the bar or in the quiet patio/garden area outside

Good pub, great views and nice food. Comprehensive menu with lots of fresh fish & seafood to choose from. Neat little balconies outside if weather is good, overlooking the sea. If its wet or cold then huge picture windows to look out of instead. Service behind the bar does tend to be on the slow side, but who cares when you're on holiday? Loos (ladies anyway) do leave something to be desired though!
