This is a large and open pub in the usual Wetherspoon style.Although the beer fest was on there was not much in the way of guest beers on but at least the Otter Bright was in good form,that is when I eventually did get served.As usual the place was very busy with not enough staff.

Large and fairly typical Wetherspoons in former department store, handy for middle of Bournemouth. Usual range of beer, food etc. Nothing exceptional, but at least you know what you are going to get.

A typical JDW conversion of an old department store, so a very large room on different levels with no architctural merit whatsoever. The clientele seems to consist of loads of pensioners and also families with very young children. The usual scrote level seems to be lower than average. This is probably because it's in Bournemouth. All the usual JDW suspects on the bar and only 2 guests, however the pint I had was in good nick. Too many kids in for my liking tough.
