Visited 05/10/26. Visited other more cocktail bar in the hotel previously on 16/11/22.
No cask. Keg offering of Gravity Theory cider, Guinness and the Rebellion Lager, IPA and Hazy Pale from Marlow Brewery.
Hotel bar in the grand Corinthia hotel on Northumberland Avenue. Georgie's Bar has its own entrance off the main road outside and it is ceramic tiled, with the bar counter along the left-hand wall just inside the entrance. Grand bar counter and there are tall leather stools to perch along the length of the bar counter. Seating in the much larger part of the floor space is a series of leather booth tables, bucket chairs serving regular tables and taller tables to the space at the end opposite the bar counter. High ceilings, pillars, art on the walls, no screens, and a jaunty music soundtrack. There are other spaces to drink in the Corinthia, but this is the bar with draught beer and a pleasant place to while away some time in. Apparently named after a former dog of the chef here, the larger-than-life Tom Kerridge.
