Visited 21/09/26. Visited previously 04/01/23.
No draught beer. Range of beers by the bottle.
Classy rooftop bar on the edge of Covent Garden. Lift up to the 7th floor and then the bar to the right out of the lifts. Bare boarded with a drinking ledge with tall stools in the windows on the immediate left hand of the walk through to the indoor bar area. The bar counter is a continuation of that side with tall stool seating at the bar counter. Fabric banquettes on the wall opposite serving regular marble topped tables with small stools the other side thereof, the wall above the back thereof mirrored. There is another drinking ledge the other side of the bar counter served by tall stools. There is an outside area further to that side that was out of action on my visit for a private function. Low lighting and a pounding R&B soundtrack. Not a beer destination at all hence the low score on here but a very nice view completely of its type.

Strongers . left this review about Amano Rooftop Bar
Reached by a lift from the entrance, Amano Rooftop Bar is on the top 7th floor of the Amano Hotel where a large U-shaped steel topped cocktail counter with an abundance of fruit faces lounge seating that was full of hotel guests and affluent twenty-somethings during a recent Friday early evening visit. The main draw is the thin roof terrace where a mix of high and standard tables have views over London towards Canary Wharf. As expected, it is pricey with no draught and only four bottled options, two lagers, an alcohol-free lager and a cider. These 330 ml bottles, I went for the Meantime IPA, were priced around the £8 mark. The cocktails start at £16 and there is an extensive list of high-quality spirits with equally high prices. The tapas were also expensive priced between £8 and £16 a dish, and I though the quality wasn’t great with the pastry being doughy and the mushroom hummus wasn’t pleasant. Plastic sheeting of flowers and leaves up the wall was a bit tacky, but I suppose it’s better than a plain metal wall. It was a nice spot to take the family, but I don’t think we’d visit again, and if we did, we would only have a drink. I will mention the all the staff were very friendly, so an extra couple of points there.
