No cask. Keg offering of a couple of ciders from Glamorgan Brewing, the Apples, and the Berries and then their Ffresh juicy pale ale plus a lager called Birra Murano and Guinness.
This one won't be everyone's cup of tea. Long narrow bar on the main eating and drinking stretch in Barry Island near the funfair. There is an outside seating area at the front on the pavement and then inside the fully opened out frontage in nice sunny weather led to a bare boarded venue at the rear after an initial concreted section to the end of the bar counter on the front right hand side, the rear part thereof having a couple of tall stools looking outwards. There are some drinking ledges on the front left-hand side with a couple of wingback armchairs by a decorative fire grate at the front of the bare boarded rear section of the venue. Beyond that a leather studded banquette along the left-hand wall to the rear serving some small round tables and then tall tables with tall, backed stools along the right-hand wall to the rear. There is a large window occupying most of the rear wall initial view of the rear external concrete outside area but some trees and greenery of the cricket pitch beyond that. Indeed, the rear section is particularly light as there are some skylights. Walls are bare red bricks and some nice artificial lighting, so all told quite stylish interior. Lush.
