This pub company are certainly adding plenty to their portfolio and this is another nice example. Very nice inside, with nice seating areas off the main room painted in a dark green colour. There's also an upstairs mezzanine area. A good range of ales on, I had the Brimstage Trapper's Hat priced at £4.40 a pint. Great location so will return.

Former bank which has been re-opened as a pub by the 1936 Pub Company, who now own and run almost a dozen Liverpool establishments. The layout has been described below and as with most of their pubs, the interior is nicely done. The cask ale selection is also very good, with 10 handpulls. On our Sunday morning visit, 9 were clipped with real ales - Love Lane Higson's Pale Ale, Theakston Best Bitter, Brimstage Oyster Catcher, Salopian Golden Thread, Weetwood Southern Cross & Harlequin, Timothy Taylor Knowle Spring, Neptune Ezili & Ossett Silver King. The 10th handpull was clipped with Lilley's Strawberry Cider. Standard keg was available plus Brooklyn Stonewall IPA.
I'm sure this is a pub that we will return to regularly, as it is a short walk from a few good drinking establishments along Dale Street.

Newly opened pub by Pubco situated in the Pacific Chambers on Victoria Street.Originally it was a bank but more recently up till 18 months ago was a drag showbar. The high decrotive ceiling was very impressive and so to was the hand crafted bar made from reclaimed materials. There is a couple of smallish rooms on the immediate lett on entry, plus a mezzanine floor that looks over the pub interior and bar. There were 10 rotating cask beers to choose from plus 6 keg taps. It was quite busy om my lunchtime visit and without doubt it certainly deserves a visit
