In operation since September 2025 and located on the same site as the brewery, this has already been superbly described by BF below. The open-top double-decker bus bar in the courtyard is novel and has upstairs seating. Ten Tring beers on cask – eight from the regular range (including the veritable Death or Glory barley wine at a mere 7.2% ABV), plus two seasonal brews, alongside eight keg taps including a cider (from Saxby's). As mentioned the 'piggeries" barn has a small bar with a further ten hand pulls and four keg taps, cosy with breweriana smatterings on its walls. Quiet on my Sunday arvo visit (the day after an after-midnight England quarter-finals World Cup victory, this saw a background of cool 70s and 80s soft rock on another July heatwave day. Pints of seasonal 2 Halves and Doctor ABC were cool and on point (new NBSS = Very Good) and reasonable at £4.95 each. This is one of the better small brewery taprooms in the area, and is definitely worth adding to any potential Tring crawl: all dependent on whether you like their beers of course...

Situated close to town at the farm where the Tring brewery and shop are based, alongside an antique centre so there is lots of parking. The Tap is in a brick building which may well have been a piggery,it has three sides and an open side which is covered by a plastic see through sheet in the winter months.Tables outside for good weather drinking when the vintage bus will act as the bar. However on my trip the handpumps were inside, you need to pass through a section full of refectory tables to find the exposed brick tap room with old metal averts on the walls together with information about the Tring Brewery.Furniture here is more traditional ,dining style tables with a couple of chesterfields with the bar at the rear left.
There are 10 handpumps drawing on my visit their Side Pocket for a Toad,Mansion Mild,Piggeries bitter,Liberator (NBSS 4),Moongazing,Tea Kettle Stout,Colley's Dog,Death or Glory,Squadron Scramble and Shear Fright with just Ridgeway reversed. The four keg taps were drawing India Pale Lager,Raven King,Lunardi's and Alchemist.
This is the place to sample Tring beers and the welcome was friendly.Check on opening times but when open this is a major addition to the Tring drinking scene.I will be back.
