The Evergreen is an open plan airport bar and restaurant airside in Terminal 3 with a counter on the wall in the front left corner where there’s limited ‘bar’ seating. The rest of the seating is in rows up to the rear window that has limited views of parked aircraft. It is table service, which wasn’t very attentive so the wait for drinks was a bit long for a place where people generally have somewhere to go. The décor is plain with a few botanical prints on the walls and some plastic plants dotted about. The draught selection wasn’t great with just Birra Moretti, Neck Oil and Guinness being available, two Moretti and two cokes was around £24, so we only stayed for one round. Relies on a captive audience, I’ll not be visiting again.
