I didn't know this place existed, and only found it by chance when perusing WhatPub after a work conference nearby.
Only one of the two hand pulls was in operation at the time of my visit, offering Vocation Bread & Butter at £2.90 for a half. The other was clipped (but turned round) for Boddies Cask.
None of the keg taps were labelled with what was available, just showing numbers, so presumably there was a menu somewhere that I missed.
Home made pies available as well as sides and snacks.
Some booths available inside, plus tables and chairs. External seating is also available to the front, if one wishes to soak up the ambience of the Grape Street area.
My ale was fine, the place is fine, but once I got over the surprise of discovering the place exists, I realised it is probably not somewhere I'd go out of my way to seek out again.

A new build pub in the Grape Street area of Manchester. Bare floorboarded with bare brick walls as well. The toilets are all unisex individual cubicles which seems to be standard around here. Two handpumps on the bar but only 1 badged with the Lees version of Boddingtons Bitter. My pint was in decent nick for this less than impressive version of a classic beer. There's a large outside area, so I went and sat outside.

Still crowded with Christmas trees and baubles, but clear enough to get a good impression of a well designed building with bare walls and floorboards, a couple of screened booths on the right, and exposed trusses in the roof. The bar is at the back, with two hand pumps on the right hand edge. I was pleased to see the new Boddingtons from JW Lees, less pleased when it was cloudy and end-of-barrel, though with no off flavours (NBSS 2, £5.80/pint).

Called in around 1pm on a Monday where i was the only customer. There was no cask to show but a good selection of Craft beers on tap. because of all the building work going on in this area struggled to find the place.
