No cask. Keg offering of Guinness, John Smiths, dark fruits SB, Amstel, Neck Oil and Madri.
Irish bar in the stretch materially opposite the seafront and near to the ferry terminal. There is some picnic bench seating out the front but redundant unless you were used to outside drinking in storm force winds. Inside the right-hand side houses the main bar area with bar counter against the rear wall with some tall stool seating at the bar. Quite dark and rather cold on our late afternoon visit. Regular tables down right-hand wall from mid venue served by benches on one side and low stools on the other side. There are a couple of barrel tables in the middle floor space. Plenty of Irish sporting paraphernalia on walls and ceiling and a few large imposing fruit machines with a couple of TV’s showing sports news absent sound, that provided by a light Irish pop soundtrack. Large doors but easy to move on left hand wall mid venue takes you into the other bar, with a smaller stocked bar in the rear right-hand corner. More standing space here with pool table and darting area, several screens and where the regular karaoke is held. Quite a few fruit machines packed in here also. Looks like just late week opening possibly this early part of the year.
