Strongers . left this review about Pinto Lounge

Along the front of Pinto Lounge is some canal side café seating that is hidden behind some mint green planters. The music being piped outside is also audible inside where a serving counter with premium keg on the left-hand wall faces open plan seating on the usual faux old school gym strip wood floor. The usual Loungers décor is here with floral wallpaper that is covered in framed portraits and pictures and large hanging lights, including some lights with granny shades across the front. The service, as always at this chain, was very polite and I found a spot to put a bit of charge on my phone while I supped on half a Cruzcampo. This isn’t somewhere I’d go just for a beer, but this chain’s burgers are good so I’m not ruling out a revisit.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Pinto Lounge

The Loungers outlet under this name has moved quite a long way from the High Street to the Waterfront development on the opposite side of the Oxford Canal from the Castle Quay shopping centre since my previous visit in 2022. However, given that these places essentially look the same with their mismatched furniture and random pictures on the walls, you'd be hard pushed to tell the difference. Anyway, no cask ale of course, so went for the actually Italian imported Menabrea (£6.05) as is now my default in these places...
