The wooden floor in the L-shaped Floro Lounge is missing the faux gym markings, but everything else is in place from the big lights throughout and granny lampshades in the front windows to the floral wallpaper and framed pictures and portraits. My visit allowed me to take advantage of the Tapas Tuesday offer of three tapas dishes with a free pint from the premium keg selection. The service was as polite as it always in this chain’s venues, but the food was awful and I couldn’t even eat the pulled pork bao bun because it was very dense and the meat was very chewy. I’d have been very disappointed if I was paying full price because these places aren’t cheap.
