Blue Scrumpy left this review about The Collaboration

Fairly new micropub in the main shopping area of Bebington. It was busy on my Saturday afternoon visit and the only space I could grab was a stool at a drinking shelf to the rear left of the venue. However, it soon became apparent that most customers were part of a large group and it wasn't long before they departed.

The pub has bare boards with a large rug. The bar is on the left-hand side. It has 4 handpulls and several keg taps on a back wall. Opposite, there is a wall with a tapestry, lots of German beer paraphernalia and some Coronation Street stuff. To the side is a fridge selling various bottles and cans. The single unisex toilet is also full of Coronation Street pictures, certainly of interest if you enjoy watching the soap.

2 cask ales on were Brimstage Trapper's Hat & Salopian Paper Planes. Ciders were Hogan's Hazy Rays & Lilley's Pineapple Cider. Most keg beers were from a tap takeover from Czech brewer Pivovar Vik - Easy Aussie, New Zealand NEIPA - Taiheke, Nelson Sauvin & Rakau, Lost In Strata, Peach, Vanilla & Hibiscus Sour Ale & Imperial Cannabis Gose 14". The only other craft beer was Verdant Fresh Hop 2025 (Citra, Krush, Mosaic, Simcoe). All beers are listed on Untappd. I ordered the Paper Planes which came out a murky brown colour. The barman advised that it was supposed to be like that and it turned out to be my favourite beer of the day.

The pub opens 6 days a week. It is £4 a pint for cask beers on a Tuesday. Children are allowed in. A really good pub. I'd like to bet that this will be in the Good Beer Guide 2027 when it is published later this year. My favourite pub of the day.

Real Ale Ray left this review about The Collaboration

Very nice micropub, which is closer to Port Sunlight station then Bebington, so get off there. Wooden bench seating along right hand wall with tables. There's a tapestry hung on the wall here. Blue painted t&g bar front. 4 pumps with 2 ales, and 2 ciders. The ale choice was Red Willow Foeder Baltic Porter & Brimstage Trapper's Hat, priced at £4.15. 1 unisex loo with photos of characters from Coronation Street, plus caricatures of them too, I wonder why? Anyway, we liked it in here and would visit again.
