Tap Room for the NB Brewery - which in these parts is known as the Deya Slayer. The owner doesnt like this nickname, as he is obviously a big fan of the brewery. There is even a Deya print in the bar.

So, its a barely converted farm shed - with a tiny bar at the far end. Bench tables and chairs, with a great countryside location. Miles from anywhere. No traffic on the roads. Toilets are portaloos.

There is always street food on the weekends - varying international Thai and Indian usually. Mains about a tenner.

They have 10 kegs on - 9 from the brewery - most look the same, with the combination of hops described on the menu. One guest, usually a stout and some bottled ciders. Most expensive beers are £5, which isnt bad when you consider the ABV is pushing 7%.

Beer and atmosphere make this a must visit - if you can get a designated driver - or walk the four miles from Stourport - the nearest town. Just watch out for the collapsed stiles, as Mrs M will testify!
