Visited November 2024, I found the place rammed to the rafters on a Saturday Night but it was my only opportunity to visit so went for it and despite a bit of hustle & bustle it was well worth it. A straight forward Micropub layout, I didn't manage to note the beers apart from my choice of Welbeck Abbey Vanilla Portland Black, the beer was good as was the vibe though I would have liked to have tried the pub at a slightly less busy time.

We called in here just on opening and had an excellent welcome from the upbeat barmaid, who had Ramstein blasting through the speakers, she luv'd her metal and also luv'd talking about beer and places visited, with her two pals AKA the Beer Babes.
Three cask ales on handpump, Black Iris Rise and Shine, Black Iris Loved & Lost and Distant Hills Brewery Kerala. Plus a choice of 12 craft beers and ciders.

A micropub which relocated from 23 Chilwell Road in March 2023 and is now handier for the tram stop. A friendly little place in standard micro format, although it does at least have some cushions on the benches. The usual sort of selection of changing cask ales, beer fridges of cans etc, including some good local ones. Perfectly pleasant.
