A modern bar/bistro in an old bank, hence the name and note the strongroom door behind the bar. All very bright, glitzy and modern with a mix of high and low tables which were nearly all set up for diners. The most interesting thing in a small clump of keg taps was Pravha; it is not really a place for drinkers although they were happy enough to serve me.
