Visited on a Friday afternoon back in June. This is a small bar that could easily pass for a micro pub, and certainly had the vibes of a micro. Three hand pulls at the bar, all in service at the time of my visit. Real Ale Finder app is used, though one of the items was out of date (sod's law, the beer I would have gone for). My ale set me back £2.10 for a half.
A few middle aged chaps in around 2pm on my Friday visit. I did get the feeling I was getting some funny looks for not being a native, which I guess can be a downside to this kind of small establishment.
There is an upstairs area, not investigated, but I believe leads to the toilets. Not sure if there is any additional seating up here.
I'm torn between a 6 and 7 out of 10 for me, but will err on the side of generosity.

How has 3 handpumps serving, usually, three local beers.

Now has a handpump, which I believe is to become two in the near future. Also gives a small CAMRA discount.

Reopened with some draught beer. 3 keg Camden products and an Orchard Pig cider. I'm not convinced that the Dale is ready for £5.50 pints, but we'll see.

A corner bar, formerly a part of the cinema now occupied by the Regal Moon ‘spoons, it was a bottle shop before being allowed to serve draught beer. Inside the small interior it has stripped brickwork painted red, an industrial floor, and mixed basic seating. There are two pulls at the end of the bar, two beers from Rossendale on this occasion, there’s a quad T-Bar as well. The duck inscribed stairs lead to a room with a pool table and in the corner the unisex toilet.

This bar was formerly a storage area for Wetherspoons and you can definitely see it is part of the Art deco building and takes up a small left hand corner of the former picture house.
The interior here has a ground and first floor, with the first floor housing a pool table and some further seating. The staircase up was rather steep, so you have to have your wits about you coming back down. The downstairs bar faces you as you enter and the counter is of a low slung variety, with patterned tiles around the floor perimeter. Two friendly and chatty staff on our Thursday eve visit. One handpump on the bar serving Serious Brewing Company Wolf, a single hopped pale ale at 4.2%, which went down a treat.

Newly opened bottle and can place with an on licence. They're not allowed to sell any draught beers as the building is owned by Wetherspoons who have a restrictive covenant on it.
The beer range is a bit pedestrian at the moment, but hopefully this will improve as they get settled in. There's usually some decent music playing and there's a separate lounge upstairs.
