Old Boots left this review about Harrogate Brewery Taproom

A typical small brewery tap on a very small industrial estate in the Hookstone Chase area to the south of Harrogate. I can’t really add much to Graham’s description, the outside area is particularly popular on sunny days and there is occasional live music as well as the street food vendors. Opening is as limited as most taprooms perhaps more than some. There is a walking route from Starbeck crossing which emerges by the supermarket on the retail park behind the brewery. The Wetherby buses (7 & 70) stop at Woodlands Corner at the top of the hill forming an alternative route.

The usual sort of industrial unit, perhaps a bit smaller than some, with a little bar in front of the brewing kit. It does at least have proper tables and chairs both inside and out, and feels less haphazard than some do. Mobile food vendors attend at weekends. There are five handpumps and half a dozen keg lines, mostly of their own brews but with some guests, and a bottle fridge. Quite nicely done, if you like brewery taps, and I would happily have stayed longer; the bus service is infrequent although it is only a 10 minute walk to Starbeck.
