Small shop conversion taproom just off GX's High Street. Ten keg taps with some local, some further afield: 3 x IPA, 2 x Pale Ale, 2 x lager, 1 x bitter and 1 x porter. I almost fell to the curse of the micropub/taproom opening hours: despite a published opening time of midday, this was closed at 3.30pm on a weekday. Calling back 5 mins later to take a photo at least, I could see lights on within plus 'setting-up' motions, the the sign being changed from 'Closed' to 'Open' swiftly thereafter; the delay being due to illness I was told. A generic woody taproom within, with bar to mid-right wall. Limited seating with an unexplored downstairs area, there was the standard craft beer fridge to the bar's right, along with racks of wine and a smattering of gins behind the bar. Large screen to the rear wall lists the beers available (the taps behind the bar had no clips either on or near them). A pint of Lost Pier's Juicy Buoy–a hazy NEIPA–was a cool £6.60. Good, but not great.
