No cask. A significant keg range available, more options than I would have expected in quite a small venue, and very crafty. The AF option was Can You Kazoo from Pretty Decent. Lagers were Tap Lager, a collab between themselves and Pretty Decent, the Unfiltered Lager from Utopian and Nico from Orbit. The cider was from Hogan’s and a couple of sours / saisons, the Laguna Sunrise from Terra Tempo and the Cloudy Lemonade from Vault City. Quite a few in the pale ale / IPA camp, the Cosmic Dust pale ale from Gravity Well, the Day Maker extra pale ale from Thornbridge, the Lumina session IPA from Siren, the Another Day Done pale ale from Duration, the Turn the Hi-Fi Down! Red ale a collab between Howling Hops and Aspach & Hobday, the Pale Fire pale ale from Pressure Drop, the Sweeping Coast West Coast pale from Duration, the Kernel Pale, the Galaxies Apart NEIPA from Gravity Well and the Don Westie West Coast IPA from Pretty Decent.
Quite unusual venue feels like I am drinking in a scout's hut. Vaulted ceiling and bar counter in the corner opposite the door with the taps on the wall behind the bar counter. There are banquettes down both long sides serving regular tables and then bench style tables down the centre and along the front. Ambient lighting and a powerful sound system kicking out funk! There is a kitchen to the immediate right of the entrance, and I suspect, and generally observed, most were here eating. Pleasant venue but very different as a quaffing establishment.
