Quinno _ left this review about The Swiss Tap

Basic place that smells of paint. Two rooms, the right hand is much nicer as the main bar feels dusty and scruffy. Waited ages for someone to appear to dispense the two cask, a pair of Abbeydale. My Daily Bread was a stale loaf (NBSS 1.5). A tampon flower display in ladies caught the eye of Mrs Quinno, not much use for me though. She did spot something a bit more useful, a table with cast iron legs depicting frogs in a reed bed. Weakest outlet in town by a stretch.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Swiss Tap

Mostly a Bed & Breakfast establishment, but the front part of the ground floor also operates as small, twin-room bar. Looks modern from the road but less so inside, with football on the TVs when we stopped by after our walk. Unexpectedly, two Jolly Boys real ales from the four handpumps: Jolly Yorkshire Bitter and an excellent Supa-Citra (£3.90).
