E TA left this review about The Greedy Banker
Formerly a bank, now an over-priced craft bar which retains some of the grandeur (by Rainham standards) of the original building and continues to take people's money off them. It had pretensions of being a micro, but it's too large for that really, and the presence of multiple TV screens and absence of any real ale belie that claim. There is some real cider available, though the beer offerings are all keg, and none of them were that appealing despite there being a dozen or so of them. The staff were friendly enough, the other customers less so, not hostile as such, just a bit sullen and resentful of the presence of others. While it's good to see a new pub opening, this one just doesn't do it for me as there is better beer and better company to be had in other nearby places.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Greedy Banker
New craft beer bar (located, as you would expect from the name, in a converted bank). Rather starkly decorated inside, with high tables near the bar but more conventional ones off to the side in the extended seating / dining area. Sadly no real ale, but some quite interesting beers in a range of styles were available from 11 of the 12 taps on the bar-back. These included the Harewood Estate plum porter from Northern Monk (£5.75), with Hacker-Pschorr Munich lager seemingly the 'house' beer?
