Less starkly decorated now and has some books, breweriana and baseball caps (!). 3x cask, I went for Ben's Arawak (NBSS 3.5) and Copper Dragon Golden Pippin (NBSS 4) the latter being on offer at £2.50 a pint. Chatty punters, always strike up a conversation in here. Football on (Euros), so micropub purists might get grumpy but I am delighted that this place exists as a refuge. It is now GBG listed.

Standard micro template - a small narrow shop conversion with fairly basic décor, tall tables and stools. Three cask on, my Three B's Stoker's Slake was in good nick (NBSS 3.5) as was the Kirkby Lonsdale Ruskin (3.5) and prices were very reasonable. Also Dortmunder lager and a couple of craftykeg options. The locals are a laugh and the atmosphere was convivial. Having now done all the cask pubs in town this would be my first choice in Fleetwood…if it’s open, as hours are limited. Rated 7.5

A new micropub in Fleetwood, close to the Strawberry Gardens. There are two large high tables and a couple of standard tables and chairs. We were lucky enough to get a large high table as there were 4 of us. 3 cask ales available on our visit and the two I had were in very good nick. Lots of friendly banter with the locals as well. A great addition to the Fleetwood beer scene.
