Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Lounge 101
Surprising place this, a shopping parade unit that's much larger inside than one might expect from the narrow frontage. As it extends back so far, you can't really call it a micro, and the smart modern furniture and décor in the small front lounge, similar-sized bar and extended seating area further back is more 'bar' than 'pub'. Anyway, it now has six handpumps, five of which were in use, offering HPA and Butty Bach (£4.30) from Wye Valley, Oakham Citra, Ringwood Forty Niner and a Lilley's cider. However, my pint was indifferent, so perhaps they should have fewer but better (or maybe I just caught it on a bad day)?

Well appointed café bar. A few seats out front and more room inside than you would think. Friendly service and a few regulars in. No real ale but there is Banks Mild and Shipyard on keg alongside some decent lagers such as Estrella and Madri. I went for the Shipyard which was fine (£3.90). Glad I called in and I would happily pop in again.
