Trailhead is a recent addition to the Surrey brewing scene, serving up the usual modern hazy & hoppy pale ales, as well as a milk stout from the 6 taps. Its based in a farmyard between Dorking and North Holmwood, rather than railway arches, or a dismal light industrial estate. When I visited, I found service at the bar to be slightly lackadaisical, though friendly enough. It's certainly a nice place for a bit of refreshment if you're in the area and, with a gin distillery in the same yard, there's more drinking options than may at first appear. Having said that, I'm not convinced its worth the trek from the centre of Dorking just on its own account.
