Unsurprisingly, Ballers is basically a pool room with three tables, although they’re quite small versions. There’s also air hockey and a couple of dartboards are found on the stage against the rear wall. There are also some arcade machines, driving and dancing, and televisions throughout were airing muted Monday night football while some very loud 90s dance music cried out of the speakers. The counter up the right supports premium keg and I thought the service was polite from the owner who I think is trying to hang onto his youth. The toilets were a destroyed mess, which I think gives an indication of what this place must be like at the weekends. The surroundings in here are a lot more comfortable than the other pool place, Bar 32, but the tables aren’t proper. I would have drunk in here during my youth, but it’s all a bit much now.
