Sideways staple shaped interior, festooned with many foreign flags on the ceiling (some with a ‘wanting independence/suppressed minority’ bent) alongside the usual breweriana and a natty collection of old tin signs on the walls. Football on the telly for the benefit of one engrossed punter. A fair selection of keg at the bar but nothing someone who’s been to a handful of pubs in Norn wouldn’t have seen or drunk before. Defaulted to Guinness which was fine. Decent stop, a solid all-rounder.
