Large warehouse with brewing operation at the back of the warehouse and shelving storing materials along the front left-hand side as you walk in. There are trestle tables and benches in the front part and along the left-hand side of the back part with the servery in front of you as you walk through the open shuttered entrance. A couple of beer fridges to the immediate right side of the bar. There is an outside pizza kitchen immediately in front of the warehouse and more seating via picnic benches out the front and side of the venue. Posters on the walls advertising their quaffs pictorially.
On hand pump they were offering Bluebell Best Bitter, Tacoma, an APA, and a session IPA. There was a large keg offering, in particular Sussex Haze, an IPA, Parachute Club, a strong IPA, Fish Hook, a NEIPA, Dream Life, a wheat beer, Raspberry, a sour, London Fog, a hazy beer, Elderflower, another sour and Session, an IPA. Flights were popular with four beers to try for £8
Lots of occasional weekend type drinkers wanting help with understanding the beer descriptions on the menu board above the bar which made for slower service from the super friendly bar staff. Lots of the tables inside had reservations for the evening session. Quite popular with families with kids, the latter generally running around the space which made for a more hectic visit than ideal.

Today's brewery taproom is on a rural light industrial estate, so the outside seating gives you views of other units, a field and plenty of concrete, as well as a few locomotives in the adjacent Bluebell Railway yard. Inside, there's more bench seating, plus a couple of fridges that hold plenty of 360 cans, with some guests as well. The bar has 4 handpumps (3 in use) and the wall behind houses 8 keg taps, some of breathalyser-bothering strength. The beer's obviously fresh as can be, so no complaints there.
The brewery hosts a range of street food offerings, so you can get something to eat to accompany your beer.
There's a limited bus service, as the location is a bit out of the way, so you need to organise yourself if you fancy a bit of a session; nevertheless, there must have been 30 or 40 there when I visited.
You're unlikely to just stumble across this one, but the beer's good and there's a range of styles from traditional bitter to hazy IPA, so it's worth tracking down.
