This bar in Queens Mill has been expertly described by Old Boots. It was busy here before the game, with Rhinos fans mingling with Tigers in amicable fashion. The solitary cask beer was Ossett Rivaka, a crystal clear single hop 4.3% pale with a nice bitter finish. (NBSS 3.5, £4.40/pint.)

A bottle shop with bar in an old riverside mill complex (Queens Mill), it’s a square room with a counter in the rear right corner, shelves of bottles and cans on two walls. Only the one pull , a very decent White Rat on this occasion plus a wide keg selection of nine beers. Painted breeze block with old photos as decor, there’s seating all round mainly high but lower tables in the middle.
