A convenient place for an early drink in central Manchester. This branch of Brewdog opens early in the morning and also has its own rooms. In addition to the ground floor bar, there is apparently a rooftop bar. Although I'm not sure if it is open to non-residents.
The ground floor bar is fairly typical of Brewdog, with a large bar in front of you as you enter and an equally large beer list behind the bar. Prices are pretty much as you would expect for craft beer. Brewdog beers were Shore Leave, Black Heart, Punk IPA, Simcoe Solo, Elvis Juice, Wingman, Hazy Jane, Hazy Jane Guava, Jackhammer & Silk Road. Guests were Northern Monk Red IPA, Vault City Choc Dipped Strawberry, Pressure Drop Spinneret, Boundary Not In Roscommon & Stillwater New Sensation, Bright White & Rose Gold. Ciders were Hawkes Urban Orchard & Dead and Berried.
One of 3 branches of Brewdog in and around Manchester city centre. I did try visiting the Peter Street branch once, but found it closed when their website said it should have been open. So, this was the first of the chain I've been to in the city. It makes a change from having to drink in a Wetherspoon's in a morning and the Spinneret was possibly my favourite beer of the day. But I'd always prefer a cask beer.

The usual industrial Brewdog interior with a bar on the rear wall with large board behind listing the available craft keg. Open until 2am at the weekend so I hope there's some sound proofing in the half finished ceiling to protect the hotel guests above from the din.

A typical Brewdog bar, but with a hotel above it. The usual overpriced craft keg and industrial look. They're all the same really and I really can't be bothered with identkit bars.
