A modern, clean bar and restaurant inside the Sheppey's Cider shop and museum complex. Being a bit of a tourist attraction there is plenty of parking, and there is an adjacent park where children can be released into the wild. There are plastic tables and chairs at the front for those who prefer to eat and drink al fresco, and don't mind the lack of privacy which comes from being by the entrance. It's quite well done, the staff are helpful, and the food is good although a bit on the pricey side. Takeaway food is also available from the delicatessen in the same building. The full range of Sheppey's ciders is available in pins and bottles, along with bottled beers from Bath and Exmoor. Sadly, due to COVID restrictions, there was no draft beer or cider available during this visit but I'll be very happy to come back when it is. A good pitstop hen travelling down the A38.
