Closed for renovation, builders at work. Another circuit drinking pub in a group of three on Ivegate, all by the way starting with D, is that D for dreadful?

Four hand pulls, one of which was off this afternoon. Lord's Brewing Bandon Car, Stancille Blonde and Naylor's Yorkshire were available. I went for the Bandon Car, £1.70 for a half, and this was a decent porter which I really enjoyed. Service at the bar was friendly.
This is a modern feeling place with bare wood aplenty, it almost has that German Christmas Market feel about it. The furniture mainly consists of bench type seating but these were decent and substantial and not flimsy at all (ie not brewery tap type seating).
There is a raised area to the front which I imagine may be used by a DJ or for hosting live music at a weekend.
There was a certain daytime drinking crowd in (Tuesday afternoon) but it is a nice place and worth a look.
