Brainy Pool left this review about The Pint Pot
A tiny narrow micro with good classic rock at a low volume, friendly clientele and barman. Nice artwork with drinking shelves on one side and comfortable banquette seating on the other. Four real ales on plus some keg offering. I thought my porter was very slightly past its best and I’m glad I only had a half, but it’s otherwise a pretty good example of its style- albeit slightly basic for my tastes.

We really liked this micropub, as you get a decent welcome and the beer quality is fabulous. We spent a bit of time chatting to the young and friendly barman, who certainly knew his beers. We took advantage of the black buttoned back banquette seating down the right hand side wall, which was very comfortable to enjoy a couple of pints. Four handpumps with three in use on our Thursday eve visit, serving Holden's Black Country Mild, By The Horns Brewing Co Classic Best Bitter and Salopian Accelerator. Defo one on the list for a crawl around Rochdale.

Old Boots left this review about The Pint Pot
A single room micro, I thought very recently converted as it’s not sign written there’s just a printed sheet stuck to the door but it’s been open since before lockdown. The counter is at the back with 4 pulls furnished with tables, banquette seating and chairs down one side, there’s a drinking shelf and some stunning artwork on the other wall. It’s popular and the punters were quite friendly.

Small modern shop conversion and a bit gloomy inside. Eclectic décor with green raised banquettes on one side vs a jumbo graffiti’d dray on other wall. Friendly guv'nor and punters lightened the atmosphere a bit. Four cask on, my Serious Moonlight was excellent (NBSS 4). I had a good chinwag with everyone inside and was made to feel welcome. Curate’s egg, but the beer quality and friendliness was impressive enough to elevate this one. Not GBG’23 listed, which I found curious especially given how crap the other town micro was.

ROB Camra left this review about The Pint Pot
Settled in very nicely. 4 handpumps on permanently now. Great mural on the wall to the left and a white stags head to the right. CAMRA discount is now 25p. One of our regular haunts in town. Should be in the Good Beer Guide rather than Bombay Brew which is pretty much a restaurant only at busy times now. Let's see what the local CAMRA's decide for GBG2023.

More of a small bar rather than a micropub as they sell lagers, wines & spirits etc, they also have background music. Called in on Tuesday for their soft opening night. The narrow frontage goes back quite a way with a few stools to the left hand side and tables and chairs to the right. Decked out for Xmas, so it's difficult to tell what the normal decoration will be just yet. 3 handpumps on the bar at the moment, but this will increase to 4 in the next week. 3 ever changing guests and the 4th handpump will have an ever changing Locale on it. Pretty busy on opening night, but it looks promising. 40p per pint CAMRA discount as well.
