Quinno _ left this review about Devon Arms Hotel

Attractive - almost grand – exterior this is a large two-roomed pub. Nicely dated upmarket interior, quite hotel-like (a mid-80s look). Upright piano, pool table and unusable dartboard spotted. Access to garden blocked due to works. Two ales, both Teignworthy; one was poor and the other undrinkable. Dumped our beers in an empty pint glass from another table and scuttled out. Shame as it could and should have been quite a pleasant visit.

Strongers . left this review about The Devon Arms Hotel

The left hand entrance to the Devon Arms leads to the Sand Bar which houses a pool table, dartboard, jukebox and plasma screen that was showing European football on terrestrial television during my visit on a recent Thursday evening. A lounge bar is found in the right hand side of the pub and my stay coincided with a folk music night that involved lots of locals playing banjos etc. Out the back there is a winding path that leads to a cosy well-kept beer garden.
Devon Coast IPA and Gun Dog were both available on hand pump alongside a standard draught selection and Devon Red cider. Pub food is also available, but I didn’t see any menus for prices.

I found the service here to be friendly and would have no problem returning.
