The first time I have seen seating on a strip of fake grass on a pavement outside a bar. This is a modern bar and restaurant with wood and exposed brick throughout. The larger right hand side is for diners and the bar to the left supports ten premium hand pumps. There was some background music playing to the empty venue during my recent Wednesday afternoon visit. The barman was polite, but I prefer a proper pub so will not be visiting Hugo's again.
