No cask. Outlet for Pillars so mostly their own offering of the Haus Lager, the Pilsner, the Original Pale, the Helles and the Vienna Lager. Guests were the London Black from Anspach & Hobday, the Crafty Apple Cider, the Body Shift Pale Ale from Queer Brewing and the Saint Monday APA.
This venue is indeed untraditional! It is in a container type construct, up a flight of stairs from the street level. The bar is a small hatch inside the covered part of the premises with a ledge down the right-hand side and some tall metal stools down the left-hand side on a narrow walk through from the entrance. The seating capacity here is outside and is a lot of regular tables of the trestle variety, the area covered and funky music being blasted out on the ceiling-based sound system. There is a quieter outside seating area round the back with the same trestle-based seating arrangements. There are a lot of food outlets in the complex (to call it that). Thought it was a reasonable venue compared to many of the food court type venues offering generic keg beers, although their beer range is a bit too much on the lager end of the spectrum for me.
