David Walton left this review about Three Colts Tavern

Visited 27/05/26. Visited previously 09/08/23.

Cask here was Exale Best Bitter and Adnams Ghost Ship. Keg was several of their own (Exale), Dorcha the Nitro Stout, Hops Don't Lie the strong IPA, We Mai Bock You the maibock, Peach for the Stars the peach & apricot sour, Czechs Out the unfiltered Czech style lager, Park Life the pale ale, Skoosh the hazy session IPA. Guests were Das Fashion the alter from Pretty Decent, Wild Wave the Adnams cider, the strawberry & raspberry cider from Crafty Blends, the Benediktiner Weissbier and their own branded Colts Lager. Don’t recall the Exale association from the last visit a bit under three years ago.

Am really surprised that this one hasn't previously been reviewed. There is some seating around the outside perimeter, mainly via picnic tables. Inside it is bare boarded with the bar counter beyond an initial seating area in the front window with a drinking ledge and small tables with stools along the right-hand wall. There is some tall stool seating at the front part of the bar counter. There is initially a tall table with tall stools in the front part of the left-hand side by the entrance then a series of regular tables served by a leather studded banquette. Beyond this the area is tiled and a mustard-coloured banquette down the left-hand side serving regular tables with some tall tables on the opposite wall ahead of the open kitchen. A drinking ledge in the rear left-hand corner by the large windows. In the far-right hand corner is a shuffleboard, free to use by patrons! Lighting is very ambient; there are a lot of potted plants and a cool music soundtrack. No obvious screens but they were announcing coverage of selected upcoming WC matches. There is a function area called the Glue Factory, closed for an event on my visit. Quite a few events such as quiz and open mic advertised.
