Popped my head in again to see if I fancied giving it another go. Met by a selection of relatively mainstream crafty draft which bore no resemblance to their Untappd list. The fridges were fairly well stocked but there were no obvious prices. Really feels a bit of a chancers bar, which I suppose kind of fits into the Wokingham vibe.

A brand new bar in the brand new Peach Place development. Quite nicely done inside at least, if a little bland but then again I guess they don’t want to scare the good burghers of this sleepy market town too much. 14 keg beers on with the attendant stratospheric prices (given that most of the beers were less than 50 miles away), including quite a hefty halves mark-up just in case you thought you could get away with a couple of cheaper snifters. Very geezerish 'alright mate' staff. Fills a niche locally but the high prices would put me off making a beeline for it next time I’m in town, though I might press a snout against the window to see if there's anything of genuine interest that would motivate me to dip into my pockets.
