Cut & Craft is a steakhouse with a central round serving counter that is encircled by split-level seating. The limited keg is made up of premium and a couple of mainstream craft, I think using craft in the restaurant’s name is a bit of a stretch. The only ale was the Black Sheep in the sticky toffee pudding. This is a trendy restaurant so there was some funky dance music playing in the background. The service was good, but every table was taken with diners during our Thursday evening visit. If we hadn’t booked we would have been turned away, and there is no way someone would be able to walk in off the street just for a beer. However, at quieter times I’m sure they would accommodate, although I’m not sure why anyone would come in here just for a beer. The food was good, but quite pricey at over £50 a head for two adults and two teens. It was a good evening, but I didn’t leave thinking that I must visit again.

Primarily a restaurant with a few tables for drinkers. No real ale that I could see and it took quite some time to get served.

Old Boots left this review about Cut & Craft
Usually RobCamra references me in his reviews but on this occasion he beat me to it and I can say “what he said”. Pretty much a restaurant with (not very inspiring) keg beer, no doubt Mrs Boots would be happy as they have food and artisanal gin but not one for me, especially as I was continually pestered to order food, mind you it was Friday dinner time! They do some of the cooking on big flames visible in one corner, or is it quadrant? of the round room.

An impressive conversion from an outdoor wear shop, this restaurant and bar specialises in steak and craft beer. One large room all set up for dining with a few barstools. When we called in just for a drink we were told we could sit at any of the tables for two if we wanted. I suspect this will not be the case on a Saturday night. Loads of pictures and prints around the walls and a light and airy feel to the place. Sadly all the craft kegs were fairly standard and uninteresting. I suspect that Molson Coors have something to do with the place judging by the beer selection. However we spent a pleasant half hour supping a pint and a red wine. It's nice enough and we may eat here sometime in the future, but a craft destination bar it is not.
